  • Hello! I’m Stephanie, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you. Over the last 25 years, I’ve built a rewarding massage and bodywork practice by constantly learning about the latest and greatest techniques out there. I’ve had the pleasure of working in various environments, from plastic surgery and chiropractic offices to orthopedic clinics. I’ve also been lucky enough to support professional sports teams, including the Minnesota Vikings and the 2021 Women’s Olympic hockey team!

    In my private practice, I work with amazing athletes, including some players from the Minnesota Wild. My passion lies in helping these athletes recover quickly and effectively, and I’ve developed a unique approach to muscle work that really gets results. I combine traction, stretching, scar tissue release, and compression to provide the lasting relief my clients come to count on.

    In 2022, I completed the Master’s program through DeepFeet, and it was a game-changer for me! Switching to using my feet instead of my hands and elbows opened up a whole new world of possibilities. I realized I had been missing out for years!

    My love for Ashiatsu has inspired me to start teaching in Minnesota. I can’t wait to share my experiences and knowledge in the classroom and introduce you to this fantastic technique that can truly extend your career in bodywork!

    The Minnesota DeepFeet training center is just 20 minutes South of Minneapolis, in the beautiful suburb of Lakeville, MN, just a short drive from the MSP Airport. The location is minutes from visitor favorites, such as the Mall of America, Excel Energy Center, and both Minneapolis and Saint Paul downtowns. The studio is in the lower level of instructor Stephanie Thaler’s home on 11 beautiful wooded acres. Students are welcome to use the on-site wood-burning sauna and cold plunge in the winter months, a great way to unwind from a long day of class.
