I became a licensed massage therapist in 2005. In 2007, I opened my own practice and my full-time massage career began. Within a year of opening my studio, I took my first DeepFeet Ashiatsu course and immediately fell in love with this modality. For me, connectivity and fluidity are an important part of the massage, and learning Ashiatsu was like learning a dance, which fit right into the flow of how I practice massage. Ashiatsu has been and continues to be a large part of my practice, not only by helping my clients but also by preserving my body from the wear and tear that comes with what we do. After building a successful practice in New Hampshire over 14 years, I relocated in 2019 to sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida to further my career. I have built a successful practice here, nestled in a lovely area, located a block from the beach. I love what I do and am constantly in awe of the human body, and am continually learning and incorporating that into my practice. With the sun, the ocean, the warmth, and year-round flip-flops, Fort Lauderdale has always felt like home for me.
