  • Hello! I’m Amy, a proud Midwesterner deeply committed to education and helping others. My passion for wellness was ignited by my father's courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease and Lewy Body Dementia. This experience inspired me to leave my corporate job and dedicate myself to the fields of natural health and healing arts.

    As a Traditional Naturopath, Board Certified Complementary and Alternative Health Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Intuitive Energy Healer, Certified Crystal Healer, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. During my training, I discovered Ashiatsu while seeking ways to apply effective pressure without straining my body, and it was a game-changer I know I’ll never regret!

    I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share Ashiatsu with others! Outside the treatment room, you can find me enjoying quality time with my husband and children on our hobby farm in Southwest Missouri, working out at the gym, trying out new recipes, or immersed in studies for my latest class.     The DeepFeet training studio is located within Wellness Collective Studios in Springfield. We offer a range of services, including yoga, hot yoga, group fitness classes, and holistic therapies like massage, Reiki, Emotion Code, sound healing and esthetics.

    Our studio has easy access to James River Freeway, and you'll find many restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions within walking distance or a short drive away. The studio also has a full kitchen for your convenience.

    Consider arriving a day early or staying an extra day to explore life in The Ozarks!
