This is our all-around most versatile heat pack. This is perfect to warm up your feet and it is large enough to use on your clients lower back, neck, arms, and legs.
Available in two sizes:
The 5×9 lasts about a 1½ hours depending on how well you insulate it.
The 8×12 is great for any part of your back. The 8×12 last about two hours depending on how well you insulate it.

How it works:
1. Locate the activator button in your HotShotz heat pack. Use your thumb to firmly click and release the very center 
of the button on the side with the most metal showing. The heat pack will instantly crystalize and heat up to 130 ° right before your eyes.
2. Insulate the pack to prolong heat under clothing or in a towel or strap and use it for the duration of its heat for all of your therapeutic needs. The heat pack will eventually cool and become solid.
3. Wrap the pack in a dishcloth and carefully place it in a pot of boiling water. Continue to boil for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the size of the pack. Make sure that all crystals have completely melted in the pack. Use tongs to carefully remove the pack from the pot and allow it to cool to room temperature. We recommend buying a deep fryer with a timer on it. This will be more efficient when you are resetting the hot packs. Hydraculators work well for resetting the hot packs and keeping them hot at all times.
Once the heat pack has been reset is now ready to activate all over again! WHENEVER AND WHEREVER YOU WANT!
