Ashi Power Balls
As massage therapists, we have to keep ourselves healthy to be able to perform our jobs. Our Ashi Power Balls are the perfect healthy treat to help you keep going during all your Ashiatsu sessions. This recipe is easy to prepare AND super tasty. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1cup chocolate protein powder
- 1cup whole grain oats
- 1cup nut butter of choice
- 1/2cup honey
- 1/4cup almond milk
Preparation
- Combine oats and protein powder
- Combine nut butter(melted), honey, and almond milk
- Blend together
- Roll into balls
