When I first started massage
school I read about Ashiatsu Oriental Bar
Therapy and I was amazed and intrigued. I sought
out to find a certified practitioner in my area
and after receiving my first session, I was
blown away and knew it was for me! It became my
goal to become a AOBT practitioner as soon as I
could. I decided to take Barefoot Basics before
I even graduated from CCMT (Connecticut Center
for Massage Therapy) in my last term. It was the best thing I ever did for my
new practice and my career as a massage
therapist.
When I graduated from massage school, I was
already "standing above the rest" literally and
hit the ground running with my best foot
forward . I landed a job working for Sarah
Maxwell, the authorized AOBT instructor for New
England and have never looked back. I am so
thrilled to be taken over as the new instructor
for this territory and still be able to work
side by side with the senior instructor for
advance levels trainings.
