DF2 Advanced Ashiatsu© - Two Footed Strokes Workshop

Pre-requisite: Certified graduate of Barefoot Basics and above average upper arm and core strength.
Class times: 9:00-6:00 w/hour for lunch

This dynamic advance course level is best suited for the barefoot basics graduate who has had time to acquire some clinical experience. For those who feel they are ready to learn advance concepts using two feet to spread and elongate chronic shortened muscle tissue, this class is for you. You will need a flexibility, upper arm and abdominal strength, balance and coordination to deliver comfortable two footed moves to your training partner.  Therapists will learn more two-footed posterior strokes to be combined with the protocols learned in Barefoot Basics. Theory and lecture focuses on specific back conditions while identifying and qualifying clients for this treatment. At the end of the 3 day course, therapists will shown the art of fusing science, movement, healing, and rhythm into a seamless, flowing barefoot dance.
