Happy Satisfied Classmates

A “Completion of Hours Certificate” is issued at the end of any workshop if the hours have been attended in whole. This proves you have completed the credit hours and is used to document continuing education hours with the ABMP , AMTA , NCBTMB and various state regulatory agencies.

We offer a  certification criteria process for graduates of our program. During the 3-day Barefoot Basics training we incorporate a three (3) part certification criteria. 1) You will be given the opportunity to deliver the application of strokes on your instructor for the best personalized feedback possible. 2) You will also demonstrate your new skills at a guest client clinic during your workshop. 3) You will complete a written/multiple choice test.

Being “certified” in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy® and using the name as such is a sign of distinction and expertise in the modality. This certification status allows the therapist to truthfully advertise and market their skills as a certified practitioner of Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®. It also verifies that the individual has studies with the original trademarked source and has been tested. This in return gives automatic recognition of security and professionalism to the public.

Our hands-on guest client practical  is an invaluable experience for our students during training. We pride ourselves in providing this exceptional opportunity  for therapists  to receive one-on-one individualized feedback while the instructor is present. Holding this kind of event is rare into today’s continuing education market due to the logistical efforts and public coordination involved. Clients come in all shapes, sizes and some with chronic issues. Our goal is to make sure you are prepared for real world situations.
